ConstructU's Learning Space
ConstructU's Learning Space is a membership for families with children who are 7 to 13 years old. Our goal is to help these students build confidence, have fun learning, become critical and logical thinkers, learn real-world skills, and solve problems.
This learning space is a one-stop STEM learning environment that focuses on engineering and technology and covers science and math. We will also offer a robot coding class and host a monthly discussion of STEM-related books.
This space is an excellent investment for kids who love engineering as part of their curriculum!
The learning space will host live and recorded workshops on the following topics.
- Electronics/Electricity – students will grasp concepts such as electricity and circuits through hands-on projects involving circuitry design.
- Robotics - students will get lessons in mechanical engineering, robotics sensors, motors, and gears.
- Alternative Energy – students will explore power sources other than fossil fuels, leading to topics like photovoltaic cells, wind turbines, or hydropower.
- Coding - students will get lessons in basic programming and code a virtual robot using a block-based coding environment powered by Scratch Blocks.
Each workshop will be divided into several sections but cover 10 to 12 weeks. Classes will be taught live and recorded once per week and repeated several times a week. We will ship kits three times during the year.

New members will attend a ten-week live or recorded introduction workshop to Electricity, Electronics, and Robotics. In this workshop, students will build various circuits on paper, fabrics, and a breadboard. They will also build a vacuum Robot.
The cost of the membership is $65 per month. It is a recurring monthly cost. It includes access to Constructu’s Learning Space’s website, the live classes, the STEM book review, the seasonal STEM Kits, and mailing of those kits.
This is a family membership; however, the monthly membership cost only includes one STEM kit per season but covers up to 3 family members. Additional kits can be purchased by selecting the below red button.
The cost to order an additional kit is $62.00, with shipping is $72. STEM kits cover 3 to 4 months of classes.
